Best Restaurants 2009: Seattle's Rebel Chefs

Call them bold, call them brilliant, call them presumptuous. But when you’re looking for the chefs who are creating the new taste of Seattle, you’ll have to call on these six. Some have cult followings, others can brag of splashy national magazine coverage. But all of these chefs are pushing the boundaries and breaking the rules in dining rooms around our city.
