Is Chic Nursing Wear Possible?

Just heard about this company, that sadly, is seven years too late for me--but is a must for new working moms who need to pump breastmilk at the office (but don't want to wear easy-access potato sack shirts every day).

Hadley Stilwell
, launched in February 2009 by Ballard mom Holli Harris, is a line of double knit rayon/poly, machine washable, tailored sheath dresses, tops and jackets that have super cool zipper access and clever wraps for quick and easy pumping. My favorite in their new collection, the Signature sheath, is a mommy version of the little black dress (for only $75!). (That's Holli and her daugher, Hadley, below). You can order the clothes online or find them locally at Village Maternity at University Village.

I nursed both of my boys for the recommended 12 months each, which definitely presented some challenges at work and elsewhere (I was always grateful to have an office door I could close). Though they wouldn't have corrected that time at work when I forgot to attach the bottles to the pumps (ah, the glorious memories of sleep deprived motherhood), these clothes sure would have made me look a lot better while fumbling through motherhood.
