Portfolio, the teaching dining room of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Seattle, invites the public to a Valentine's dinner. Upper-level students prepare several four-course Northwest menus accompanied by Domaine Ste Michelle Sparkling Blanc de Noirs Brut and Willis Hall Winery 2008 Pinot Gris or Willis Hall Winery 2003 Merlot.
