Cheese & Wine 101: The Cheeses of Switzerland

Wednesday, February 10 from 5-6:40 p.m.
This class will forever change your mind about that cheese full of holes. Olivier Boye of The Corsican Cellar will join our team of fromagers as they pair wines with the fabulous, complex, and delightful cheeses of this country full of extremely well-fed and may we add VERY happy cows! Some of these cheeses are only imported to the US by Mr. Boye and are available exclusively here in Seattle. Space is limited, so make you reservation now. $45 per person
