West-Seattle’s Fresh Bistro celebrates Valentine’s Day with a five-course prix fare menu including Kumomoto Oysters with shallot caviar, creamy Kabocha Squash Soup and Fig & Port Salad, Wagyu Filet Mignon wrapped in pepper bacon and paired with Maine Lobster poached in saffron beurre monte, and topped with a Chocolate Sacher Torte with chili pepper ganache.
