For the second year, David and Cindy Krepky, owners of Carnation’s Dog Mountain Farm, will bring their farm-to-table dinners to Washington’s growing population of locavores. The meals feature menus created by local chefs who use ingredients—produce and meats, cheeses and wines—from Dog Mountain Farm and other Washington producers. The threehour event, which includes a farm tour, features such mouthwatering options as orange-brandy marinated prawns, grilled pork chops with collard greens and fresh fettuccine with oyster mushrooms—selections sure to win over even the devoted fast-food lover.
