St. Patrick's Fashion for Kids

It is so unfair that kids aren't allowed in Washington State bars, even on St. Patrick's Day.  How are families supposed to celebrate?

OK, so they can't hit the pubs yet, but Henry Weinhard is still looking out for the little ones. This Sunday the beermaker will sponsor the first annual Leprechaun Lap, a .4 mile race for the under eight years old crowd to coincide with the grown-ups' 25th Annual St. Patrick's Day Dash.  Not only will young runners receive their own race tee (with $10 entry fee), but also a pair of BabyLegs designed especially for the race!   

And if your little angels aren't exactly, ahem, "athletic," that doesn't mean they can't still sport stylish legwear. BabyLegs will be available for purchase after the race, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Detlef Schrempf Foundation.
