Food Allergies and You

Curious about what causes food allergies and the latest research and treatments? The Studio, part of Pacific Science Center’s Wellbody Academy, just kicked off “Food Allergies: Game On,” an exhibit that showcases what local researchers are learning that can help stop, or at least better treat, allergic reactions and teaches you the mechanics of an allergic reaction and how food allergies differ around the world.

The Studio rotates exhibits every six months–past topics have been West Nile Virus, neuroscience and genetics–and the first Saturday of most months you can pick the brain of a guest scientist; it’s well worth a visit.
