Seattle isn’t known as much for its coffee as it is known for a certain brand of coffee, a brand that is so prevalent, sometimes it seems like you have to go out of your way to not drink it.
And while you may have purchased countless delicious lattes from this particular brand and you may have even donned its green apron for a time (I have), you probably get a little tired of its omnipresence every now and again. You might feel the need to go elsewhere for your caffeine fix. Somewhere a bit out of the way with a more leisurely atmosphere, an especially delicious glass of cold brew, a pot of tea, or a beautifully presented pour over.
