Twice a year, American designers parade their latest work down the runways of New York Fashion Week and the who’s who of fashion descend on Manhattan to observe. From fashion editors to celebrities to style influencers, each attend to seek out the trends to come.

While perennial trends like floral prints and summer whites proved once again to be seasonal favorites, black and white, refined ruffles and crochet straight from the ’70s are all major trends to keep an eye out for.
