Cafe Nordo presents To Savor Tomorrow, in which a local troupe of actors put a fresh spin on the dinner theater concept. Audiences will “board” a Pan Am luxury liner bound for the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair. But the relaxing flight takes a dramatic turn as international agents attempt to uncover the nefarious plots of future fast food tycoons. You’ll enjoy live music by Annastasia Workman, food by Chef Nordo Lefesczki - and, of course, the irresistible charms of a stylish stewardess staff. Another reason to go, if you haven't frequented West of Lenin yet, is to take in the cozy surrounding's of Fremont's new theater space.

Islander Middle School is hosting its 28th annual Ski & Snowboard swap on Mercer Island, where anyone hoping for a good snow year will find a great collection of gear selling at discounted consignment store prices (gear is discounted even further if you sell your own gear there - which you have to register by Friday. SIFF Cinema is celebrating the genius of Jim Henson with the “Muppets, Music & Magic” series, featuring screenings of all three original Muppet movies, fantasy classics The Dark Crystal and Labyrinth and a whole bunch of hilarious Muppet shorts. For those enchanted by the magic behind Jim Henson's Creature Workshop, there is also some behind the scenes footage to enjoy in The Art of Puppetry and Storytelling, not to mention miles of rare footage and commentary on Sesame Street in several films celebrating America's most enchanting inner city borough.
