Free Shakespeare in the Parks

The Bard hits local parks this summer with four productions by Seattle’s two, count ’em, two outdoor Shakespeare production companies. Wooden O founder George Mount directs a vaudeville version of The Comedy of Errors, while colleague Tim Hyland takes on Macbeth. Meanwhile, GreenStage is feeling the love this summer with two romances: The Tempest, directed by Michael Blum, and Antony and Cleopatra, directed by Patrick Bentley. Times and locations vary.
