A local man is hosting a fundraiser tonight (April 18; 4-11 p.m.) at Spitfire to benefit victims of the Boston Marathon bombings. David LeClair describes himself as “a Boston native living in Seattle. He grew up with Krystle Campbell, who was killed in the explosion”

Details below are from the Facebook event page:

“Please help us support the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings between 4pm and 11pm on Thursday. Spitfire, Seattle’s #1 bar for Boston sports fans, will be donating a portion of their bar revenue and we’ll be collecting cash for One Fund Boston to provide emergency relief. Wear Boston gear if you got it! We will be showing footage from Boston sports history all evening thanks to Chris Porter with Red Sox Nation. And there’s two kegs of Sam Adams Summer Ale! Let’s unite over this tragedy.

Please spread the word and invite your Boston loving friends. But everyone including Yankees fans are welcome! If you can’t make it, you can still donate at onefundboston.org.”
