First, let us sing the praises of chef Ba Culbert’s eggs Benedict: fresh Dungeness crab softly laid upon wilted spinach, and blanketed with ethereal hollandaise sauce ($16). And then there are the famous (and deservedly so) Dutch babies: puffy pancakes cooked in cast iron with either sweet (orange-cranberry) or savory (bacon-cheddar) ingredients mixed in ($9). Or hit a high note with the surprise of porky baked beans on toast, eaten with a gooey-middle fried egg ($10). These divine tastes are only served on weekends at this sunny Belltown cornerstone, but they are so worth the wait.
