Akua (pronounced uh-kwhee-ya) for Spring 2013 has a touch of femininity in each piece that is seen with organic shapes and beautiful fabrics. Inspired by outerwear fabrics, I wanted to create a line of women's clothing that is sexy yet comfortable.  The woman who wears Akua likes to play with color and prints. There is versatility to each look that has the ability to be worn day or night.
