By Seattle Mag July 8, 2014

Join jewelry designer and Seamless in Seattle 2013 accessories co-winner Joanna Morgan at her Pioneer Square studio (306 South Washington, Studio 105) on Saturday, July 12 from 3 to 7 p.m. for a showing of her newest collection, Scavenger.

Inspired by a box of trinkets Morgan found in her grandmother’s house after her death, as well as her own magpie nature, the collection is influenced by “objects of irregular shapes, inspired by pebbles, branches, bones, fragments that may have been collected and then stored and forgotten, and then found many years later—and now they are treasures re-imagined in metal.”

We love Morgan’s designs for their simple, yet interesting shapes and versatile, ease of wear and we’re excited to see what she has up her sleeve with this collection, which will be available for purchase and pre-order at the event and will be online at the end of July.
