Sweeping City Views
|
Our region is renowned for its spectacular scenery, and there’s no better way to experience these natural wonders (well, other than on hikes, bikes or boats) than from the comfort of a deluxe apartment in the sky. Seattle’s high-rise condos offer both actual penthouses (on the top floor) and “penthouse-style” living—the same open floor plan, walls of windows with sweeping views, and shared amenities such as workout facilities and rooftop decks, just without “king of the mountain” bragging rights (or costs). In either case, keep in mind that with penthouses come home owner association (HOA) dues and the joys of making building decisions with neighbors you didn’t hand-pick. But for stunning views like these, it’s probably worth it.
