Here’s a cool thing going on this week in the holiday shopping scene:

Underwood Stables (formerly known as Horses Cut Shop) at 4306 Fremont Avenue N (next door to Uneeda Burger) is opening up their (formerly super secret) space for two sales this pre-Christmas week.

Thursday to Sunday, from noon to 7 p.m., shop men’s and women’s vintage clothing and accessories from the 1950s through ‘70s, including cowboy boots, dresses, coats and other clothing, costume jewelry, luggage and even a few baby and toddler items. Crafts and jewelry, hand crafted by local designers, will be added to the mix, including amazing stuff from Nikki Jacoby, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the same location, just a different room.

And in case you haven’t gotten your tree, or your picture with Santa, both will be on-hand for more holiday fun.

Click here for more info on the event.

As an aside, the people behind Underwood Stables/Horses Cut Shop have partnered with Nordstrom-owned philanthropic retail concept shop, Treasure & Bond, on a line of American made tee shirts with iconic heritage logos. More info forthcoming on this super cool thing!
