Seattle is teeming with gourmands and grocers ready to offer up a full meal deal. So why not take them up on it? Here’s where you can bring home an entire holiday feast, from the appetizer all the way to dessert. Sweet.

The Gourmet Grocer
Metropolitan Market offers three complete menus for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays: a turkey dinner, a half-ham dinner and, our favorite, the prime rib dinner. (If you’ve ever had the prime rib sandwich in Met Market’s deli, you’ll know why.)
Menu:
Fully cooked 4-pound natural prime rib
   Yukon Gold mashed potatoes
   Savory sage stuffing
French green beans and carrots with garlic butter
   Brioche dinner rolls
   Au jus
   Horseradish sauce
   Traditional pumpkin pie
The bill: Dinner for six to eight is $169.99.
Order: Online at metropolitan-market.com/holidays, or in the store at the deli by December 21 for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. Multiple locations, metropolitan-market.com

The Vegan Variation

Those who shy away from farm, fish and fowl will rejoice in Whole Foods’ vegan holiday dinner, featuring a fruit-, nut- and veggie-packed Field Roast with a bevy of out-of-the-box sides.
Menu:
Cranberry apple hazelnut kale herb Field Roast
   Fresh green beans with shallots
   Stuffed acorn squash
   Olive oil smashed potatoes
   Vegan mushroom gravy
   Classic cranberry relish
   Manini dinner rolls
   Saffron-poached pear
The bill: Dinner for four is $79.99; platters from $24.99.
Order: Online at wholefoodsmarket.com/online-ordering or in the store at the Holiday Solutions Center by December 22 for Christmas dinner. Multiple locations, wholefoodsmarket.com

The Barbecue Bonanza
For a true Southern holiday, pick up a complete meal from Smokin’ Pete’s BBQ (available for both Thanksgiving and Christmas). Other holiday specialties include whole prime rib, ham, duck and goose—all smoked in-house.
Menu:
   Whole smoked turkey with gravy
Choice of four sides: garlic mashed potatoes, house-made stuffing, whipped spiced sweet potatoes, sweet potato cornbread muffins, Southern collard greens, roasted root vegetable medley, cranberry-orange sauce, Mac ’n’ Cheesy
Your choice of pie: pecan, apple, cherry, pumpkin, strawberry-rhubarb or key lime
The bill: Dinner for six is $135, 8–10 is $175, 10–12 is $195.
Order: Call ahead by December 20 for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Ballard, 1918 NW 65th St.; 206.783.0454; smokinpetesbbq.com
