This week's masterpiece is a 4,480-square-foot Medina abode freshened by savvy interior designer Graciela Rutkowski.

Seattle architect Wendell Lovett, known for designing the former Microsoft exec Charles Simonyi's thoroughly modern manse, Villa Simonyi, fashioned this more than 6,900-square-foot gem along the Medina waterfront in 1995.
