Fashion Friday: Shopping fetes, Luly Yang trunk show and the Goodwill Glitter Sale
It’s 11/11/11 and several shops are celebrating tonight with killer sales and swanky parties:
Vian Hunter in Madison Valley is hosting Issaquah-based Lizzie Parker’s newest collection tonight from6-8 p.m. at their 11/11 party, where guests can model the casual wear in the shop while enjoying cocktails.
(Above) One of my favorite shopping haunts (um, hi, have you seen the bag from the September issue?) Show Pony is throwing a Special Soiree of Style at their sweet Fremont boutique tonight, offering 20% off merchandise as well as style and makeup consultations. (Space is limited, so give them a call today to reserve a spot.)
On the hunt for a holiday formal frock? Then, make an appointment this weekend at Luly Yang Couture’s special eveningwear trunk show, featuring the 2012 evening gown collection. Let’s all stare at the pretty below, then call 206.623.8200 to go see it in person.
Get in line: the annual Goodwill Glitter Sale starts early tomorrow morning, the non-profits annual mega sale of the swankiest items to pass through it’s doors. And by swanky, I mean top tier design pieces from the likes of Gucci and Tori Burch as well as antique jewels. Dedicated sale fans get there early, so grab a cup of joe, bundle up and get to the Goodwill on South Lane (at Dearborn) to hunt out some of the finds that have been popping up on the Glitter Sale blog.
