Art Up Phinneywood
Friday (8/12) –
Phinneywood is shutting Greenwood/Phinney Avenue from N 67th Street to N 87th to cars for its neighborhood arts walk featuring work from local artists, live music, a farmers’ market and food ($5 happy hour menu all evening at Carmelita’s). Beer Floats

Never again must you make the agonizing decision of whether to down a cold beer or scarf a scoop of ice cream. Grab lunch from one of the countless counters at Whole Foods and take in some midday sunshine during the Downtown Seattle Association’s Out to Lunch concert series. 12th Avenue Street Fair
Sunday (8/14)
– Head to the Hill for a street fair putting a foodie spin on the usual neighborhood celebration. Local restaurants will be serving up $5 and under bites (from Café Presse, Osteria La Spiga, Caffe Vita, Barrio, Zobel Ethiopian Restaurant, High 5 Pie, Caffe Pettirosso, Bluebird Microcreamery, Poquitos, Ambassel Ethiopian Restaurant) along 12th Avenue which will be closed to vehicles between E.
