Hunt Club

900 Madison St.
Seattle, WA 98101

P  206.343.6156

Restaurant trends we love (and a few that annoy us)
Outdoor eating:
Wherever you can steal a patch of concrete: Who cares if our streets aren’t quite as broad as the boulevards of Paris? Dining en plein air is the other side of the street-food phenomenon, and restaurants around the city are setting up outdoors (weather permitting), even where curbside real estate is limited: from tiny tables in front of Spinasse and the Sorrento Hotel’s Hunt Club to petite back patios at Poppy and Honore Bakery.

Revamped and sporting a new chef, Jason Dallas, the luxurious Hunt Club has taken a more Italianate approach to its menu, with options like gnocchi, carpaccio and lamb shanks to enjoy. In warm months conside lunch al fresco at the Sorrento Hotel's CafT Palma. Breakfast, dinner daily; brunch Sat.-Sun; lunch Mon.-Fri.
