Party On at Greendrinks’ 10th Birthday Bash

On Friday, June 14, Seattle Greendrinks is throwing circus performers, food, drinks, surprise guests and performances — plus 300 pairs of headphones for silent disco dancing — all together under one (massive) roof. The local nonprofit, which serves to connect people who are interested in environmental issues, is turning 10 and is celebrating with a blowout birthday bash. In a SoDo warehouse. With 1,000 of its closest friends.
What to expect? Count on there being lots of food, beer and ice cream and plenty of swag. Party-goers are encouraged to come in their finest thrift shop-created costumes; Goodwill will be on hand to select the best dressed in their second-hand wares and hand out prizes to those who bring 20 or more items to donate.
