Steven Han (Umi Sake House, Kushibar) has opened a Japanese eatery and bar in the thick of Capitol Hill’s ever-improving restaurant row. Sushi and pan-Asian vittles are the main draw, but for those willing to fork over the cash, a kaiseki (multi-course fine dining) menu is offered.
