Former Canlis chef and cookbook author Greg Atkinson opened this Northwest-inspired bistro, and we are smitten. Perfectly cooked steaks and salmon with carefully considered sides; Atkinson's a pro and it really shows. Plus friendly service and a great sun-catching patio in summer and a cozy, stylish dining room for the rest of the year.
