The Pacific Northwest’s only traditional Chinese orchestra has a wide-ranging repertoire, including Chinese regional and folk music, works from contemporary Chinese composers and global tunes arranged for Chinese instruments. Conducted by Roger Nelson, the 50-member orchestra plays ancient instruments you rarely hear anywhere else in town, such as the haunting, two-stringed erhu and the guqin, whose use can be traced back 2,000 years. 8 p.m. $10–$15.
