Ethan and Angela Stowell's Red Cow is quickly approaching soft opening stage, and today, they've given us an exclusive first look at its menu.
The steak frites concept in Madrona is opening in the former Restaurant Bea space (which was formerly June, which was formerly Cremant) sometime after Valentine's Day (an official date will be released in about a week or so). Once that happens, the bistro will be in business Sun-Thurs, 5-10pm and Fri-Sat until 11pm.
There are six different cuts of steak on the Red Cow menu (chosen to hit all price points) that you can order with a side of fries and your choice of suace: 10oz Hanger, Chuck Roast, NY Strip, 1lb Ribeye, Beef Tenderloin, 2lb Bone-In Ribeye.
