Bastille will host eight rooftop cabana dinners this summer between June and September, each starting with a rooftop garden tour and winding through a multi-course, shared seasonal meal with wine pairings.
Dinner begins at 6:30pm, but interested guests can arrive at 5:30pm for a rooftop garden tour with Colin McCrate and Brad Halm of Seattle Urban Farm Company.
The family-style meals will showcase the rooftop produce as well as other seasonal items, and chef Jason Stoneburner and/or chef de cuisine, Cody Farrell, will be on hand to talk about each dish. Sommelier Kristen Young, will also be on hand to talk about the accompanying wines.
Dinners are limited to twelve guests.
