Quick look: An amazingly well-appointed and beautiful Northwest-inspired hotel right by SeaTac Airport with a delicious destination-worthy restaurant and plenty of meeting spaces for a discerning company to host conferences. The hotel’s restaurant, Copperleaf, serves refined, thoughtful and delicious farm-to-table cuisine. It’s ideal for the foodie traveler’s itinerary. A spa is debuting in mid-September 2014 and a new guestroom building is set to open in December 2014, adding 63 guestrooms including two 1,000+ square foot Presidential Suites.
