Urban Craft Uprising
There are 10 million cool things to do in Seattle this weekend (Queen Anne sidewalk sale, Ballard SeafoodFest, Sub Pop's Jubilee, West Seattle Summer Fest), including Urban Craft Uprising, an artisan-tastic event at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. It's like Christmas in July at this sale (seriously, get your holiday shopping done way early this weekend), featuring old faves like Formulary 55, Assemble Shop, Crystalyn Kae and Fernworks, as well as a bunch of new-to-you vendors from across the country who flock to Seattle for this perennially popular event.
The 411: The show runs Saturday and Sunday, July 13 and 14 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Entrance is free with a $1 suggested donation at the door. The first 100 people in line get a swag bag and there will be raffles every hour.
