What Will Happen to the Old Olympia Brewery?

The deed restriction forbidding the production of alcohol at the old Olympia Brewery in Tumwater, Wash., has been officially lifted. So what does that mean for the vacant (and troubled) site? We love the idea of another brewing company scooping it up and resuscitating it back to beer-brewing life, but Washington Beer Blog blogger and Seattle magazine contributing writer Kendall Jones thinks that’s highly unlikely.
