Popcorn is having its cupcake moment, with Seattle vendors offering just about any flavor, color or type imaginable. Put aside the Orville Redenbacher and treat yourself to the wildly miscellaneous goodness of these local gourmet versions.

Our Favorite Restaurant Version: Oliver’s Twist
Famous for its cocktails and inventive small plates, Oliver’s Twist has only one popcorn item on the menu, but no one is complaining.
