Sour Cherry Coffee Cake with Toasted Hazelnut and Oatmeal Streusel

Serves 12

For the cake:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

3/4 tsp kosher salt (or ½ tsp regular table salt)

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder
