It’s (already?!) February, and that means some of us get cascading flower arrangements delivered to our desks, while some of us look forward to nothing more than a long, romantic walk with our dog. Trading cards and candy is fine for sweethearts, but if you’re looking for something different, we’ve got you covered.

In the days leading up to Valentine’s Day, there’s plenty to do in the area. Whether you want to celebrate solo, with your crew, or even with a date who prefers a lower-key celebration, from comedy to cocktails, there’s something for everyone—including the black heartshere in the Emerald City.
